Style And Aesthetic

Construction

Comfort Layer 8 Cm Talalay/Dunlop Latex
This is the main comfort layer in a mattress. This layer provides contouring, lumbar support and responsiveness.

Transition Support

Natural Organic Cover
The IDLE latex hybrid mattress is covered in natural organic cotton. It is extremely soft and breathable. It helps keep your mattress cool and wicks sweat away from your skin.

Off-Gassing
We did not notice any off-gassing from the IDLE Latex Hybrid mattress.

The Sleeping Experience
When you lay on the IDLE mattress, you will feel as if you are on a cloud because of its quilted cover.

To provide support throughout the mattress, the coils are placed from edge to edge. This is ideal for couples who like to sleep at the edges of high-rise beds.
Even side sleepers can find great pressure relief. You can see the contouring foam layers and quilted cover.
You don’t need to buy a cooling pad.The mattress is kept cool by the Thermocool cover and pocketed springs.
Firmness
You can choose between medium or luxury firmness for the IDLE Latex hybrid mattress.
The firmness rating for the medium Latex Hybrid is 6-7/10. Ten being the most firm. At 9-9.5, the luxury firm is super-firm.
There is not a plush version. The medium we tested is suitable for nearly any type of sleeper.
If you are looking for a luxurious mattress, then the luxury firm is your best option.
You have two options: you can have your IDLE mattress the same firmness on both sides or choose one that is medium on one side and luxurious on the other.
Sinkage
Sinkage is dependent on your comfort level and body weight.
Sinkage is generally average. You should not sink so much that your mattress feels like a rock, but not enough to make it feel too hard.
Motion Transfer
Our 7-night review revealed very little motion transfer, probably due to the motion-absorbing latex and pocketed coils.
Hot/Cold Issues
The IDLE latex hybrid mattress can be used in any temperature range. It does not feel too hot or cold. It feels comfortable cool, regardless of the weather.
The mattress’s heat is dissipated by the latex and coil layers.
The mattress is also comfortable all year round thanks to the organic cotton cover and wool quilting.
